We encourage you to activate your Tenant Portal to improve communications. Your portal will allow you to conveniently communicate routine property requests or concerns to us online. It also allows for the secure scheduling, payment and tracking of rent payment online. Should you experience a property emergency that may put your safety or the property at risk, please contact us immediately.

McKinley Tower Apartments has significant historic value to the Anchorage area and we appreciate you caring for your rental as if it were your own. We encourage residents to be good neighbors by being considerate of those around you.
