APPLICATION PROCESS

After you return the application, we will then move toward the process of checking references, doing background checks and any other research needed to assure your apartment. The application fee of $50 is non-refundable.
  • Upon acceptance, you will be notified and the next step is a holding deposit.
  • A security deposit, equal to the rent of the apartment of you have chosen, is required. We will hold an apartment for you on a short term basis with 50% of the security deposit paid. The balance is due at the time the lease is signed.
  • We will set a date and time for you to move into the building. At the lease signing, the balance of the security deposit is due along with any prorated rent for the month. Pet fees are also due and payable at that time.
  • We will do a walk through of the building and your apartment with you, give you your keys and welcome you as a new resident.
