Application | Co-Application

  • Please feel free to download the application (co-application) found online. An application is required for any co-applicant. Fill it out in its entirety and return with application processing fee in person to Linda Hartley in the rental office at McKinley Tower. The address is 337 E. 4th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501. Please call for an appointment if you would like to deliver your application personally. You may fax the application to 907.277-0623, however, it will not be processed until we receive your application fee.  Application fee is $45.00.
  • After you return the application(s), we will then move toward the process of checking references, doing background checks and any other research needed to assure your apartment. The application fee is non-refundable.
    • Upon acceptance, you will be notified and the next step is a holding deposit.
    • A security deposit, equal to the rent of the apartment of you have chosen, is required.  We will hold an apartment for you up to 30 days with 20% of the security deposit paid.  The balance is due at the time the lease is signed.
    • We will set a date and time for you to move into the building.  At the lease signing, the balance of the security deposit is due along with any prorated rent for the month.  Pet deposits are also due and payable at that time.
    • We will due a walk through of the building and your apartment with you, give you your keys and welcome you as a new resident.
