Pet Policy

PET POLICY

We are happy to accommodate your desire to have your pet residing with you. We do require a non-refundable additional fee of $350 to have your adult dog or cat living with you. The only pets that will be considered by management are small dogs, cats (under 25 lbs. full grown), fish or small birds. The deposit for fish & small birds is $100. All pets are accepted only with prior approval of the management.

We do not allow parrots, ferrets, reptiles or pets of any other kind.

If you do not disclose your pet to the management or misrepresent your pet to management, you are open to dismissal from your apartment and/or the possible removal of the pet.

Please handle your pet in a responsible manner with regards to all residents. If there are excessive complaints regarding noise, odor, nuisance or other concerns about your pet, the management retains the right to ask for immediate removal of the pet.
